Hip pain caused by osteoarthritis is no joke, but there are a number of things that you can do to reduce the pain. There is little doubt that constant pain can make you very tired. Whilst it is sensible to rest when necessary, it is also vital that you keep yourself as fit as possible.
Eventually you may decide to approach your doctor about the possibility of treatment. If an operation is called for then these tips will help keep you going and should enable you to maintain some level of fitness. This will enable you to have a better and faster recovery from surgery.
